Good movie, but the development is slow. Very graphic torture scene. Plot was difficult to follow for the first 45 minutes, but eventually it came together to form a decent film. Not a date movie for sure. If you are expecting a copy cat of a Tom Clancy movie, this is not for you. Not many scenes with chases and rolling gun battles, but what action they do have is not just for driving up the production budget.

This film encourages people to think, it does not force a specifc point of view, it just shows what may or may not be happening in the world today.

But that does not matter. I saw the movie at the theater, and it FUCKING ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Better than any horror flick I have seen in many years, DOOM is not afraid to show some demons, dismembered body parts and gallons of blood. No “ancient chinese secret” thrills here, no witchcraft stumbled upon by a ethnically balanced group of typical teens; just good old:

Don’t be like the dumbfucks who brought 4 children to see the movie, since it has large amounts of violence and blood, cussing and other things that make it a totally kick ass movie. ( I hope you spent the night with your kids in your bed, since they cried about how scared they were during the movie. Good luck on getting them to sleep in their beds for a while, you ass clown.)
The only thing that could have made it better was more time in the FPS scene. They could make an entire film like that in my opinion.
